The included lag bolts are for solid wood; anchor brackets into studs for the strongest hold. If studs don't line up with the panels, mount a painted 1x4 or 2x4 to the studs first. For brick, masonry or stucco, use hardware made for that surface.
Powder-coated, hand-finished and sealed for outdoor weather. A light coat of clear outdoor spray paint once a year keeps the finish protected and touches up any marks from assembly. Tips on how to train vines on a trellis help all three panels fill in evenly.

Is this wrought iron?
It's heavy-duty iron, built on an iron tube frame, with the classic wrought iron look and a hand-rubbed charcoal brown finish.
Can I space the three panels apart?
Yes. Each panel has its own brackets, so you can mount them edge to edge as one wide trellis wall or spread them across a longer wall.
Can I mount it on brick or stucco?
Yes, with masonry anchors, which are not included. Our installation guides above walk through each surface.
Do I need to use the ground spikes?
No. The spikes come in the box but are not attached. Most customers leave them off when wall-mounting; attach them if the panels will stand in soil at the base of a wall.
Can I paint it a different color?
Yes. The smooth sealed finish can be spray painted after delivery if you want a different color.
How does it ship?
