Assemble each panel, attach the ground spikes, then press them into firm, level soil as deep as they'll go for the steadiest hold. Compact loose soil around the spikes, and in open, windy spots set the panels near plantings or a structure for extra shelter. Is this wrought iron?
It's heavy-duty iron, built on an iron tube frame, with the classic wrought iron look and a hand-rubbed charcoal brown finish.
How should I arrange the three panels?
Install them edge to edge for one continuous privacy screen, or leave an even gap between each for a paneled look along a bed or fence.
Do they need assembly?
Some. Each panel arrives in sections that join together, then the ground spikes attach to the bottom.
Can I mount them on a wall instead?
Yes. Add our wall mounting brackets, or choose the Legacy wall trellis set of 3, which includes them.
Can I paint them a different color?
Yes. The smooth finish can be spray painted after arrival if you'd prefer another color.
