Bolt the ground spikes to the bottom of each panel, then press them into firm, level soil as deep as they'll go for the steadiest hold. Compact loose soil around the spikes, and in open, windy spots set the panels near plantings or a structure for extra shelter. The panels are substantial, so plan on two people to position them. It's heavy-duty iron with the classic wrought iron look and a hand-rubbed charcoal brown finish.
How should I place the two panels?
Set one on each side of a path, gate or bench for symmetry, or install them side by side for one wider living screen.
Does it need assembly?
Only a little. Each panel joins down the center and the ground spikes bolt onto the bottom.
Can I mount them on a wall instead?
Yes. Add our wall mounting brackets, or choose the Lenox Estate wall trellis set, which includes them.
Can I paint them a different color?
Yes. The smooth finish can be spray painted after arrival if you'd prefer another color.
