From Frame To Finish:
Each H Potter print comes framed whether as a floating canvas frame or a framed fine art paper print. Canvas frames measure roughly the same size as the canvas itself, while the framed print frame is approximately 0.875 inches wide by 0.875” high.

Canvas:
- All Canvas print options are printed on an archival grade, thick canvas to ensure the durability of the print. The bright white surface of the canvas supports the array of vibrant and natural colors in each botanical print that are consistent across a wide variety of colors and shades. This canvas itself is finished with a gorgeous semi-glossy sheen. All canvas paper is pH neutral and acid free, to prevent the canvas from yellowing over time and preserving the lifespan of the paper. Plan on keeping this canvas for decades and maybe even passing it down to future generations.
All framed canvas options come with a quality wooden floating frame. The floating frame leaves a slight border around the edges to create a unique floating effect with the canvas. No matter the color of the image, or your home decor, choose the perfect frame with the options of a black, white, gold, or oak colored frame. Fine Art Paper:
Each fine art piece is printed on a luxurious cold press matte fine art paper. The textured matte of the paper holds color and allows each print to stand out in their own way. The heavy paper will last for up to 100 years if properly taken care of, while the acid free paper remains brilliantly white to complement your artwork.
All framed fine art options come with a quality wooden frame. Each frame comes with an optical-grade clear acrylic to protect and preserve your print. The print is set on a 4-ply white matboard with a 45 degree bevel. The backing of the framed print is a kraft paper dust cover, and each frame is hung with a wire hanger.
No matter the color of the image, or your home decor, choose the perfect frame with the options of a black, white, gold, or oak colored frame. Whatever your design taste or preference, H Potter has you covered.
Printing:
Each piece of artwork is printed and shipped in 2-3 business days from the United States. The high-tech Canon printers are color calibrated to ensure the most color accurate prints, so that you get exactly what you ordered.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals?
We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.
Does H Potter ship outside of the United States?

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

H Potter does offer replacement glass for lanterns and torches. Please contact H Potter via text at 208-640-4206 if replacement glass items are showing out of stock. When ordering replacement glass for lanterns please note the lantern SKU for which you are requesting the replacement glass
